Return & Refund Policy – CrownWood Furniture

Thank you for shopping with CrownWood Furniture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work and how you can request one.

1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be accepted for return, all of the following must be true:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and labels are included.
  • The product is not a made-to-order or custom item (custom products cannot be returned unless faulty).

To start a return, please contact us at support@crownwoodfurniture.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your item.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note:

For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an incorrect or faulty item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us and we can arrange the exchange, subject to availability.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

We aim to respond to all requests within 48 hours (weekdays only).

6. Additional Information

Custom or bespoke furniture products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your provider.
