    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If your order is still within the estimated delivery time, it is on its way. If the expected date has passed, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to check the status for you.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    Deliveries usually take place on working days only. In most cases, deliveries are not made on public holidays. If a holiday affects your delivery, we will notify you in advance.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    We deliver to most areas across the UK. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    Next-day delivery is not available on all items. Large furniture and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Delivery options and timelines are shown at checkout.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    No, it doesn’t have to be you personally.
    Any responsible adult, such as a family member, friend, or neighbour, can receive the delivery on your behalf. The order is cash on delivery, so payment can be made at the time of delivery. If no one is available, the courier will contact you to arrange another delivery time.
